Our first priority is service not sales. We don't represent the interest of the insurance companies, we represent the interest of our clients and prospective clients. We look at our clients as our partners not a sales target. A win win relationship is the only kind we're looking for. |
But How Can They Work For Free?

Simple, we don't. Every Broker you work with receives a fee from the insurance or investment companies. We are willing to bet that fee that if we can accomplish our mission that you won't have to pay us a dime. If we can't accomplish our mission, we will thank you for the opportunity and be on our way. You see, we only receive that fee if we accomplish our mission. If we don't, all the work we will have done will be at our expense and you will be no worse off than before. It cost you nothing to find out. |
What Management Services Do We Provide?

Once we agree that Bruce Connelley Insurance can do what they say, we will work with the employees from start till after their employment with their current employer. Every employer has different requirements. If holding group meetings is conducive to your work flow, we will hold periodic meetings with the employees to explain and answer questions as needed. If this is not practical, we will work with them on a one on one basis. Once the benefits have been put into place, we will be there to personally handle any questions, problems or concerns the employees may have. The advantage here is two fold. Your personal people don't have to take any risk from a liability stand point if they say the wrong thing and secondly your employees won't get stuck in voice mail hell trying to call some 800 number with a person who isn't familiar with they're situation. If you as the employer would like to have us at your facility on a regular interval, whether it's every week or every month, we'll do that. We will work with your payroll department or outside source to assist in making sure any payroll deductions are handled correctly. |
