- Access+ Satisfaction - a responsive member feedback program that even offers to refund members their standard physician office visit copayment if they are ever dissatisfied with the service received from an Access+ HMO network physician
- Access+ Online - our new World Wide Web site offers Access+ HMO members instant access to the information they need to manage and take control of their health

Network Personal Physicians are responsible for providing and/or coordinating all of a member's medical care including specialty referrals, except when a member chooses the Access+ Specialist option.
