The following products are available to groups purchasing a Blue Shield health plan:

• Dental, including Blue Shield PPO programs and Dental Plan of America managed care programs
• Prescription drug programs, for groups of 2 or more eligible employees (not available with the Preferred Savings Plan), which include a prescription drug card and mail order program offered through PAID Prescriptions, Inc. and National Rx Services, Inc.
• Vision care plans, offered through Medical Eye Services, Inc.
• Inpatient psychiatric and alcohol/substance abuse care
• Infertility coverage - for artificial insemination, Gamete Intrafallopian Transfer and other forms of induced fertilization
• HMO chiropractic option(available only with Access+ HMO and Blue Shield POS plans)
