Triple Choice Program


Triple Choice
(for groups of 15 through 50 enrolled employees)
The Triple Choice feature allows employers to combine the Preferred Savings Plan with Access+ HMO and Shield Select. Employers have two Triple Choice options.

  • Option 1 -- Preferred Savings Plan ($2,250 deductible), Shield Select 90/70/50 ($250 deductible) and Access+ HMO (Plan E); or
  • Option 2 -- Preferred Savings Plan ($2,250 deductible), Shield Select 80/60/50 ($1000 deductible) and Access+ HMO (Plan D)

With Triple Choice at least one employee must be enrolled in each plan. Employers must purchase the same optional benefits for all the plans selected.
